Rock Guitar virtuoso, Singer, Songwriter inspired by the crossing over of Guitar modal playing, Neo Classical touches and the changing Major scales with Pitch Axis of Key. Chris is interested in the use of technique with alternate picking, whilst incorporating the playing of different scale and modes pioneered by great rock guitar instrumentalists such as Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. Chris States, "I am very interested in using this approach with vocals and a decent pop song as well as an instrumental". " I like the possibilities this can offer in the song writing experience with the different flavours the modes can provide for me vocally. I need to sing to fully say what I have experienced about life, play, love, sex, joy, regret, hope, faith, judgement, pride, and spirituality. My guitar guides my voice"

Chris prides himself with flamboyant playing out live and being in touch and in love with the audience, hoping to gain their attention. Currently working on music with mixes of guitar pyrotechnics, melody, song hooks and feeling.

Chris is currently working in Nstinct as rock band and acoustic duo with L.A Thompson around Auckland live music scene.
